Once a listing or promotional service is activated on the website, payments made for such services are generally non-refundable.
However, if a payment is deducted and the service is not activated due to a technical issue, users can contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction.
In such cases, we will review the request and may provide a refund or service activation after verification.
Users can request cancellation before the listing or service is activated.
